  • Onsite  $120.00 per hour. Billed hourly. 1 hour minimum .

  • Phone Support. $40.00 per hour.  Billed in half hour increments. Half hour minimum.

• Per *Service

  • Biz- 10am - 8pm - $250.00

  • 247 - All other times - $350.00

• Pre-purchased **service packs

  • 5 Biz - $1000.00

  • 5 247 - $1200.00

  • 10 Biz - $1900.00

  • 10 247 -$2250.00

  • Gold - Unlimited Biz, billed montly - $300 per month

  • Platinum - Unlimited 247, billed montly - $420 per month

* service - this refers a specific task such as new equimpment setup, system maintenance or repair  that needs to be addressed at your business or home.  This does not include major projects such as infrastructure, wiring, and website creation. These types of projects are billed on a per project basis.  Hardware purchases are not covered and are billed seperately.
